大男人小料理(15) – 蘿蔔玉米排骨湯 October 31, 2007

等半天終於出現新菜色了…其實換湯不換料 @.@

材料:
1. 紅蘿蔔
2. 薑
3. 豬小排
4. 玉米

步驟:
1. 紅蘿蔔切塊,玉米切段,薑切片
2. 丟進湯碗,記得用冷水,還有先別放排骨
3. 丟電鍋裡蒸 10-15 分鐘
4. 把燙過的排骨丟進去再蒸 10-15 分鐘
5. 加一匙鹽,味精 (不想吃到味精的不加也沒關係)

起鍋吧~ 搞定啦,就這麼簡單,清甜清甜的很好喝
另外挑玉米的撇步,看電視上說,要挑鬍鬚是褐色的才好吃
還有保存玉米的話要把鬍鬚摘掉,不然會吸養份
