其實把棒棒腿換成豬小排應該也 ok 吧?

食材:
1. 大黃瓜
2. 棒棒腿
3. 薑

步驟:
1. 棒棒腿熱水燙過
2. 大黃瓜切塊
3. 薑切塊
4. 1-3 放一起,丟電鍋 25 分鐘
5. 起鍋前加一匙鹽

其實這樣的過程會讓你慢慢了解食物的真面目。
現在的我已經淪入「吃不慣外食」的行列。XD

雞湯有時候會腥,滴點酒有幫助,但不要弄成燒酒雞喔。 😀
