大男人小料理(13) – 冬瓜排骨湯 May 29, 2007

好像說,冬瓜解熱?總之…除了豬小排有點肥…整體來說滿好喝的=)

食材:

1. 豬小排
2. 冬瓜
3. 薑、鹽

步驟:

1. 豬小排用熱水燙過,去血水
2. 冬瓜去皮、去子,切大塊
3. 老薑切片
4. 全丟進鍋,電鍋蒸 20 – 25 分
5. 起鍋前加點鹽調味

冬瓜很容易爛,一爛就只能在湯裡撈渣渣…不過倒也還好,湯好喝才是重點。
