大男人小料理(11) – 薑燒肉片炒高麗菜 May 7, 2007

誤打誤撞就是有機會撞出好吃的食譜來…

食材:
1. 豬肉片
2. 高麗菜
3. 紅蘿蔔
4. 蒜、薑、醬油

步驟:
1. 豬肉片用醬油、蒜、薑醃一下,大概十分鐘吧,太久會鹹
2. 把醃肉用的蒜和薑挑進鍋裡,爆個香
3. 怕會粘鍋就加一點水,把肉片丟進去炒
4. 八分熟時取出
5. 高麗菜切絲,紅蘿蔔切薄片,丟進剛才炒肉的鍋內
6. 菜炒軟時把肉片丟進去,再和一下就可以起鍋

豬肉片這樣子炒真是好味呀~終於有一道自信之作!重點是~~噹噹噹~~~無油!!!
