早餐吃吐司夾花生醬吃膩了,要怎麼變出不同菜色呢?蛋餅 (其實是我想像力有限) 是個不錯的選擇吧~ 其實在買材料時就發現,吃蛋餅的早餐成本還滿高的 @@ 會想要很講究的泡一壺好咖啡 (我泡的當然是好咖啡囉)

食材:
1. 蛋餅皮
2. 蛋
3. 起士

步驟:
1. 蛋打上平底鍋開始煎
2. 上半部的蛋還沒熟時把起士撕成小片鋪上
3. 把蛋餅皮蓋在蛋上
4. 用盡神奇的方法把蛋餅完整的翻過來 (神級的難…尤其是在無油狀態…)
5. 關火,用餘溫把蛋餅捲起來

做菜所需時間不到五分鐘,做出來也很好吃,重點是,沒有油! 吃起來很爽口
