實在很難想像,炒個地瓜葉也能當一篇食譜寫@@可是我真的只會這種基本功

食材:
1. 地瓜葉
2. 蒜頭
3. hon ba shi 鰹魚粉

步驟:
1. 地瓜葉切成葉跟莖,太粗太硬的莖就丟了吧
2. 蒜頭切片,先丟進平底鍋炒兩下
3. 加點 hon ba shi (老爺授藝,說這樣鹹度比較平均)
4. 莖先放,炒軟後再下葉
5. 炒熟就起鍋吧~

好家常的一道菜 :p 其實葉菜只要新鮮,這樣炒就很好吃了,很香~
