大男人小料理(3) – 蘿蔔牛蒡毛豆蔬菜湯 March 21, 2007

湯裡放肉會被寶貝罵:吃太多肉了! 本來也是希望湯頭好味一點,結果果然吃肉補肉,被下了減肥通諜令… @@

食材:
1. 紅蘿蔔
2. 白蘿蔔
3. 牛蒡
4. 毛豆
5. hon ba shi 鰹魚口味調味粉

步驟:
1. 紅白蘿蔔滾刀塊
2. 牛蒡切片
3. 毛豆就給它撒下去
4. 加水淹過食材
5. 電鍋蒸 20 分鐘
6. 覺得紅蘿蔔不夠爛的話再蒸個 10 分鐘
7. 起鍋前3分鐘放一匙 hon ba shi

這湯裡都是塊莖,所以不用頻頻探視放葉菜的時機,簡直有懶人放大絕之感。湯頭也滿好的,蘿蔔的甜都進去了:)。
