oil-free! 絕無油煙的啦,九層塔很香,新鮮雞蛋很好吃,加在一起就是很下飯的菜

食材:
1. 九層塔
2. 蛋
3. 醬油膏

步驟:
1. 洗好九層塔,取葉子,花也可以吃,梗太老的就丟了吧
2. 打蛋,看想吃多少就打幾顆
3. 蛋打散後把洗好的九層塔放進去再一起拌一下
4. 加一點醬油膏,再拌一下
5. 丟進鍋子裡炒熟就好

因為九層塔本身的香味,不用再加什麼調味料。九層塔一包在超市大約$25,蛋十顆約$35,就可以煮一大「坨」九層塔蛋了,市場買更便宜,這一道外頭可是要賣 $100 呢。另外有想吃山蘇的人,也可以把山蘇切丁,好像也有再放一些枸杞…沒做過~不保證對不對。 XD
