大男人小料理(1) – 蕃薯薑湯 March 21, 2007

這道湯看到饒河夜市有在賣,用的是紅薯和紅糖,一碗好像 $35 還 $40,自己做的話一碗成本不用 10 塊 XD

食材:
1. 蕃薯
2. 薑
3. 糖 (據說紅糖比較優,我只有冰糖)

步驟:
1. 蕃薯切塊 (我沒去皮,據說皮的營養價值高)
2. 薑切片 (喜歡辣一點就切多一點 XD)
3. 加水淹過食材
4. 加兩匙糖 (喜歡甜就多放些,不過太甜反而會口乾,讓喉嚨不舒服)
5. 電鍋放任意多的水,只要能超過 20 分鐘就好

喜歡蕃薯爛一點的,再多蒸半小時也沒關係,總之這種甜湯可以熬
冷天喝一碗超~~~暖的,阿不過蕃薯吃太多會那個…排氣 =P
